Dreams, my other life: "The Preparation"

TO2.jpg

The Third Eye, an awakening of consciousness and energy. A gateway to the perception of reality and the universe.

The opening of the third eye is a profound and significant concept in several ancient cultures, especially in Hinduism and Buddhism, where it is associated with the expansion of consciousness, intuitive perception, and the ability to see beyond physical reality.

The opening of the third eye is often considered a step towards personal transformation and spiritual evolution, allowing people to overcome their limitations and experience a deeper sense of connection with the universe.

In general, the opening of the third eye is associated with the development of intuition, greater energetic sensitivity, and the ability to perceive the world from a more spiritual and less materialistic perspective.

What can we perceive when this channel is open?

You begin with an intense yet subtle sensation in your forehead, between your eyes, slightly above the eyebrow line. This sensation is the beginning, the connection between the "self" and the environment at an energetic and conscious level. A mutual recognition.

You experience different emotions toward people and your surroundings. You perceive the energies, intentions, and energetic states of those around you, as if you were both an antenna and a scanner working simultaneously.

You experience unusual phenomena such as projecting your energy into another person's body. It's like sending part of yourself into another body and experiencing their emotions and sensations as your own—like a subtle transmutation of energies.

You can project your energy and consciousness to any place you can think of. It's a natural perception where you can sense and see other forms of energy from a distance: like other people, beings, and entities.

You can manifest your desires and ideas into reality. You can emit a deep energetic impulse from the center of your being and project it into the future. You can shape events and attract what you desire.

You experience transcendental events such as clairvoyance and premonition. The energy of these states is natural and fluid, and you can understand their purpose with your energy and consciousness.

The third eye has been interpreted in various ways by ancient cultures, but almost all agree in associating it with a form of higher perception, spiritual wisdom, and a connection to realities beyond the physical senses.

Ancient Egypt
Many researchers and scholars of symbolism associate the third eye with the Eye of Horus. This symbol represented protection, knowledge, intuition, and a deeper vision of reality. Some point out that its shape bears a certain resemblance to structures in the human brain related to perception and consciousness.

Hindu tradition
In Hinduism, the third eye is associated with the Ajna Chakra, known as the brow chakra. It is considered the center of intuition, inner perception, and spiritual wisdom. Its awakening symbolizes the ability to see beyond appearances and understand deep truths about oneself and the universe.

Buddhism
In various Buddhist traditions, the third eye represents awakened consciousness and the ability to perceive the true nature of reality. It is not understood as a physical organ, but as a metaphor for spiritual understanding and mental clarity.

Taoism and Chinese Traditions
Some Taoist practices speak of the "celestial eye," a faculty related to internal perception, deep meditation, and spiritual development. It is considered a gateway to a broader understanding of the energy and harmony of the universe.

Indigenous cultures and shamanic traditions
Various indigenous peoples have described states of spiritual vision obtained thru rituals, meditation, dreams, or shamanic practices. Although they do not always use the term "third eye," the idea of accessing a perception beyond the ordinary world appears recurrently.

The experience of the third eye is unique for each person. The revelations, perceptions, and connections with the cosmos and the environment can manifest in very different ways, but they all share a fundamental element: the awakening of consciousness and a deeper understanding of the reality that surrounds us. My experience with the third eye began several decades ago. Over the years, visions, sensations, and extraordinary experiences have allowed me to explore aspects of life and existence that go beyond what we perceive with the physical senses. Each discovery opened new questions and perspectives about the nature of reality.

I have documented this journey and its lessons in my book, "Dreams of My Other Life, the Preparation," where I share the experiences that transformed my understanding of the world and our place in it.
