Dreams, my other life: "The Preparation"

Lived Dreams, a journey to other realities. A place where the universe meets our energy and consciousness.
Since the beginning of time, dreams have accompanied humankind like a mysterious shadow of our waking lives. In the silence of the night, while the body rests, the mind seems to break free from the constraints of the physical world and explore scenarios both strange and familiar, both alien and intimate. What really happens?
When do we dream? Are dreams simply projections of our mind, or are they perhaps half-open windows into other realities?
Personally, dreams have not been merely disconnected fragments of the mind; they have been teachers, mirrors, and gateways. They have led me to encounter beings of energy, civilizations that do not belong to this world, and technologies that seem to emerge from a knowledge older and vaster than humankind.
What can we perceive when this channel is open?
Encounters with Energy Beings. Beings or entities without a physical body who present themselves to us with teachings, lessons, and visions of the universe. They guide us on the vast path of the cosmos.
Encounters with biological entities capable of communicating with our energy and consciousness, able to interact with our reality and invite us to share their vision of existence.
Access to the universal vault of cosmic wisdom and information through revelations, lessons, and sacred teachings. Doctrines of life that allow us to see beyond reality and better understand our existence in the infinite universe.
To experience and live reality on other planes of existence. To live other realities, to experience other lives, to be part of another dimension, without forgetting our origin.
To experience realities similar to our own, with situations outside of time and in alternate realities, where our energy and consciousness meet again with their other versions of existence.
Discovering technology from other worlds, from other realities, from other versions of existence, where energy and consciousness interact with a different reality, allowing us to understand its functionality.
Lucid dreams—the experience of being conscious within a dream—have been considered since ancient times as a gateway to spiritual knowledge, communication with other realities, and inner discovery. Many ancient cultures viewed them not as mere dreams, but as experiences with profound meaning.
Ancient Egypt
For the ancient Egyptians, dreams were messages from the spiritual world and the gods. Temples dedicated to dream interpretation existed, where people sought answers, guidance, and visions. States of consciousness within dreams were considered a way to connect with sacred realms.
Ancient Greece
In ancient Greece, philosophers like Aristotle mentioned experiences in which the dreamer recognized that they were dreaming. Dreams were seen as a means of revelation, inspiration, and communication with higher powers. "Dream-incubation" rituals were also practiced in temples dedicated to the god Asclepius, associated with healing and visions.
Tibetan Buddhism
Tibetan Buddhism developed advanced practices known as "dream yoga." The goal was to maintain consciousness during sleep to understand the nature of the mind and reality. Lucid dreams were used as tools for spiritual growth and inner awakening.
Shamanic traditions
In many indigenous and shamanic cultures, dreams were considered journeys of the spirit. Shamans used lucid dream states to seek knowledge, receive messages, heal, or connect with the spirit world. Conscious dreaming was seen as a sacred ability.
Taoism
Some Taoist traditions interpreted lucid dreams as an expansion of consciousness and a way to explore internal energy and the balance between body, mind, and the universe.
I have documented my travels and their lessons in my book, "Dreams My Other Life, The Preparation" where I share the experiences that transformed my way of understanding the world and our place in it.
